Ultimately, we guarantee that your garments will arrive and fit to your liking. If for some reason you are not happy with the fit or quality craftsmanship of your creation, No. 33 will fix the issue.
Due to the nature of custom garments being made to one’s measurements and customized preferences, such orders are final not eligible for refunds. If there are any manufacturing defects or issues with construction, please let us know within a week of receiving them and we will make all reasonable efforts remedy the order within a reasonable amount of time.
Ready to Wear Items and Accessories
Something didn’t work out or fit right? You can return or exchange your unworn, unaltered product(s) and with tags still on within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you.
You can begin the process by logging into your account at www.no33.com, selecting the product(s) you wish to return, and indicating whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. You can then schedule a (free) carrier pick-up service, or drop off the product(s) yourself at either at a UPS store or drop-off point. Should you ship your returns back, you can use the prepaid return label that was included in the original shipment. After your return is processed, we will refund the total purchase amount to the original payment method used within 7 business days. Exchanged products will be re-shipped within 2 business days after we received your return. If more time is needed, we will notify you of the delay.
