While our main office is located in Downtown, Los Angeles, please note that this location is not a showroom and no fittings are currently conducted at this location. We provide valet service which means we come to you.

Absolutely. While you may not see an example of anything you’re looking for on our site, our customization abilities are with few limits. Please feel free to contact us, share inspiration photos and any notes and one of our team members will determine if we can accommodate your vision.

Customized Garments

For the time being, existing customers now have the ability to create an account and customize new garments and place orders. If you are satisfied with your previous orders, we will use those measurements. If any adjustments are needed, you’ll be able to note those required changes during the ordering process.

Ready to Wear and Accessories

After selecting the products you want, click "Add" to add them to your shopping cart. The order process has four stages:

• Sign up to create your account using your email address and a password. You can use this account to place future orders, review previous orders, or save items to your wish list.
• Enter the delivery information: the name and address of the recipient and select the delivery method.
• Enter the payment information.
• Review the order and submit it.

No.33 will send you emails during the ordering process to keep you informed of the various stages of the order.

Additionally, your personal account will allow you to track the status of your order.

No.33 issues gift certificates in various amounts and can be customized based on the recipient.

If you would like to order a gift card, please contact our team at (213) 933-3303, email us at info@no33.com or submit an inquiry through our contact form on this site. One of our team members will then contact you as soon as possible get the necessary information to customize your gift certificate and process payment.

Once details are confirmed, our team will email the gift certificate to you.

Gift certificates are redeemable in person with our Valet Service or when placing orders online.

No.33 is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen or used without a purchaser’s permission. We will do our best to match recipient with person redeeming certificate at the time of order.

Due to the time and costs involved in creating custom garments, all custom orders are final not eligible for returns. If there are any manufacturing defects or issues, we will make all reasonable efforts remedy the order within a reasonable amount of time.

Ready to Wear and Accessories

Something not quite right or having second thoughts? You can return or exchange your unworn, unaltered product(s) within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you.

You can begin the process by logging into your account at www.no33.com, selecting the product(s) you wish to return, and indicating whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. You can then schedule a (free) carrier pick-up service, or drop off the product(s) yourself at either a store or drop-off point. Should you ship your returns back, you can use the prepaid return label that was included in the original shipment. After your return is processed at our warehouse, we will refund the total purchase amount to the original payment method used within 5-7 business days. Exchanged products will be re-shipped within 2 business days after we received your return.
